Mezcal El Truco
This is a proposal we did for a redesign contest involving the Mezcal brand El Truco which is made in Oaxaca, Mexico. The challenge was to redesign their image and packaging keeping the brand's main elements. Since we did not like their current graphic style we decided to reinterpret the images, give it a less rustic feel and make it more appealing to younger and foreign customers.
For this project we worked alongside the Architecture Studio DEFORMA which we'd like to thank for their invitation to participate in this project.
